1. What products do you sell?
Tropical Delights LLC specializes in providing high-quality products to customers across the United States. All items are carefully sourced to ensure durability, functionality, and value for money.
2. Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, we currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. How long does shipping take?
Our total delivery time includes 1–3 business days for order processing and 3–5 business days for shipping. Most customers receive their orders within 4–8 business days.
4. Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS and UPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.
5. Do you charge for shipping?
No. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
6. What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned item. We do not charge restocking fees, and we do not offer direct exchanges.
7. Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal only. This allows you to securely pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card through PayPal’s secure checkout.
8. Do you charge sales tax?
No, we do not charge sales tax at this time.
9. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at support@tropicaldelig.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
